Shipping & returns

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


Our shipping policy is as follows:  we do not ship! We do offer curbside pickup, subject to staff availability, during the COVID-19 lockdown as long as we remain in Phase 1 or Phase 2. 


All returns must be presented in person at our clinic within 10 business days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

A 15% restocking fee will be charged for products returned for exchange or store credit.
